Fees for the Certified Physician Life Care Planner (CPLCP™) Examination:
- Examination (AAPLCP™ Members) $325.00
- Examination, AAPLCP™ Non-Member $475.00
- Rescheduling of Examination $200.00
- Late Application Fee for each testing period $125.00
Fees for the Certified Physician Life Care Planner (CPLCP™) Recertification/Renewal
- Recertification (AAPLCP™ Member) $295.00
- Recertification (AAPLCP™ Non-member) $195.00
- Late Recertification $200.00
Refunds/Transfers: There will be no refunds of any fees for any reason.
A candidate who does not take the examination may transfer to the next testing period for an additional fee of $200.00. A written request must be received within four weeks of the original testing date and should be emailed to: info@cplcp.org. Email Subject: “Examination Transfer”.
Make check or money order payable to: CPLCP™ Certification Board. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted. Please complete and sign the credit card payment form on the Application. DO NOT SEND CASH.
